Rentals

We encourage our clients to come in our showroom and get inspired by our vignettes and pick a look that speaks to them. Each client receives a free design consult from one of our associates.  Come view the inventory in person or chat over the phone with us so we can best suit your design needs with our inventory pairings.  If an in person meeting is scheduled, this meeting would include pulling items and starting the design process. Once you make your selections then we will forward a quote to you.

C o m p l e t e  w e d d i n g  d e s i g n  &  production

This is a comprehensive package.that offers you a designer working for you from the beginning stages to the end. We curate your vendors and rentals as well as purchases to give you a cohesive styled event. We have a warehouse full of endless combinations to complete your look, including table linens, chargers, chandeliers, fabric draping, lighting, textiles, custom built tables, backdrops, chuppahs, madaps, cocktail tables, stools, rugs, throw pillows, china, chairs, arches, bars, props and so much more. One place with everything you need means you can enjoy the stress free design process without the hassle of sourcing your look and having to coordinate with several vendors. We make sure you are having fun while we guide you to make sure nothing is forgotten and the entire event remains cohesive to the vision you are wanting to create. This is Design only so please make sure you hire a professional event coordinator to timeline your event and take care of all the other details. 

We will only reserve limited weekends for this service.

Investment starts at $6,500.

Event styling, Photo Shoot, video or commercial

The role of a Stylist is often part of the larger creative team assembled by the client. If you have a new venue, maybe your looking to re brand your company or have product that needs to be branded then hiring us a stylist is an investment that will give the collateral that you need for magazines/media or marketing materials. We Collaborate with a Fashion Designers, Photographer, hair and makeup, and additional vendors to put together a particular ‘ LOOK’ for the concept & brief that has been created.

The job of the Stylist on location for a photo shoot is to provide the photographer an extra set of eyes, ears and hands leaving the photographer to stay behind the camera, as well as creating a Fantastic look!

Here are some of the crucial things a Stylist should take care of on location:

  • Source fashion items and props, rentals and backdrops for photographic shoots or film.

  • Advise on photographic approaches and the selection of locations, props, clothing, models, makeup artists, photographers, hair stylists and the overall look for photo shoots.

  • Set up our props, furniture and lighting. Staff the day as well as timeline the entire process.

  • Liaise with fashion designers, retailers, the media, models/model agencies, photographers, makeup artists, hairdressers, and rental companies.

  • Removing any obstructing/distracting objects in your photo foreground and background.

  • Attend to wardrobe, iron/steam clothing if required, check buttons and zippers are done correctly, ect….

Cost: Investments start at $3,000

 

LA Design Lab can create a virtual model complete with tables, chairs, dance floor, lounge furniture and any number of accessories to complete your event. Available in 2D and 3D. $150 per hour. 

To insure you reserve the best rentals for your space and needs, LA Design Lab offers a site visit at your event location. This not only ensures that you get exactly what you want, but it helps our crew become familiar with the area and terrain and make note of the proper equipment needed for the job site. $150 per hour plus travel out of the Portland area. 

LA Design Lab currently offers delivery service to Maine, New Hampshire & Massachusetts. Our standard delivery and pickup charge is for Monday through Saturday, 8am-5pm. We will honor requests for AM, PM or specific delivery windows for an extra fee. We do offer after hours and Sunday delivery and pick up at an additional cost. Fees vary depending on location, truck size needed and amount of staff required.
